At Setnest India, we strive to provide transparent and hassle-free services, including our Engineering Consultation to help you understand the nuances of listing a house. This Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for the consultation service. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

1.1. All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance via our website (Setnest.in).
1.2. By booking, you agree to these terms and confirm your availability for the scheduled session.

2.1. Cancellation by the Customer:

• If you wish to cancel your consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

2.2. Cancellation by Setnest India:

• In the rare event that we need to cancel your consultation, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

3.1. Eligible Refunds:

• Refunds are issued only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3.2. Non-Refundable Cases:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• Missed sessions without prior notice.
• Dissatisfaction arising from reasons unrelated to the consultation service itself.

4.1. Customer-Initiated Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the consultation.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

4.2. Rescheduling by Setnest India:

• In the event we need to reschedule, we will provide you with alternative times that suit your availability.

4.3 Refund Time frame

• we will issue a refund in 7 business days

5.1. If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
